Founded in 1990, The Kappa Alpha Psi Foundation of Maryland Inc. seeks to identify and invest in young people in the Prince Georges County area. We provided a number of high quality initiatives throughout the year including the SAT Workshop, the Financial Aid Forum and summer jobs. We are 501 (c3) entity, and listed in the Combined Federal Campaign – CFC#72512.

Mission

The mission of the Kappa Alpha Psi Foundation of Maryland Inc. is to identify and invest in opportunities that engage today’s generation of young people in leading the social, economic, and educational transformation of underserved and underrepresented communities throughout the Prince George’s County Maryland and the local DC, Maryland, and Virginia metropolitan area.

Vision

The Kappa Alpha Psi Foundation of Maryland Inc. is built upon the fundamental premise that states, regions, and counties which celebrate individual achievement and strong communities of color can only be realized when humankind makes an unwavering commitment to the promotion of equality and ending poverty for all.
